How many guests can I invite?
We can host wedding ceremonies from 40 guests to 120, and evening ceremonies up to 200 guests
So, who are you?
We are an independent family run business located in the heart of the South Downs National Park. We are the largest function venue in Petersfield and we host approximately 30 weddings per year. We feel this enables us to really get to know you and with this, planning your day will be fun and most importantly stress-free. Customer satisfaction constitutes the hear of our ethos.
Does the price change at all?
No! We pride ourselves on transparent pricing, we offer a two-tier price for wedding ceremonies based on either mid-week or weekend dates, other than that, the prices in our wedding brochure remain the same no matter which day, month or year you are booking for.
How do I book?
Firstly, get in touch and arrange a viewing. We’ll then put together a quote based on your requirements. We’ll hold a selection of provisional dates until the registrar is confirmed (if you wish to hold the ceremony with us too) Following this, a £250 deposit is required in order to secure the booking. We suggest that roughly 40% of the balance is paid 4 months from your wedding day, with the final balance being paid 1 month before the wedding day. In between these parameters, you are free to pay as much or as little, as and when you wish. It’s that simple!
How do I pay?

- 40% of the balance of your package is due approximately 5 months before your Wedding day
- The final balance, along with full guest catering details are due 1 month before your Wedding day
- Payment can be made by BACS transfer or card
